For the last two decades, Bailey has been involved with balancing professional business and personal affairs.  Bailey has worked eleven years at the Office of Fair Trading in New South Wales and in Western Australia in the area of legislative reform, investigation, licensing and prosecution.  Since 2001, Bailey has created an incorporated legal practice and been one of the driving forces behind the creation of Leverage Australia.

John Sullivan

John brings to the table a unique mix of experience.  Twenty two years as a Banking Manager, and numerous years as a Business Analyst and Financial Controller.  This provides John with the monetary sides of businesses that other members of the team do not bring to the table.  John’s clients have found him to have a unique ability to simplify management and financial practices.

Bruce Horton

Bachelor of Arts, Master of Laws, Master of Business Administration, Fellow Chartered Institution of Secretaries, Associate Fellow Australian Institute of Management.

Bruce has been a Teacher, a Public Servant and a Solicitor.  This provides him with a unique balance of managing the future of the youth and adults.  Bruce’s role is to ensure that Leverage remains compliant with its own laws, but also to provide research and development which will keep Leverage’s skills at the forefront of growth.

Shannon Lakic
Commercial Business Manager
Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Media, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

Shannon will head up Leverages business design and growth team. Her previous experience as a training manager of the MFAA and the Australian College of Professionals linked with her legal training places here in a unique position to be able to assess business needs and provide practical solutions.

Nilusha Seneviratne
Solicitor

Nilusha has been practising law for eight years and holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science (major in Psychology) and a NSW Solicitors Practicing Certificate.  Nilusha is highly skilled in dealing with residential, rural, off the plan and business conveyancing and is developing a specialty in Property Law and all Property Law transactions in all Australian states and New Zealand. Nilusha is now Leverages primary solicitor for estate planning, superannuation and family relations.
